Project type : Institutional Projects (PE)
Theme : Youth and Social Inclusion: Employment, Training and Leisure
Summary

Despite the efforts made by the Algerian state to support youth through training and the preparation of specialized executives, several challenges continue to hinder the effectiveness of this training in meeting the demands of the field. The main issue lies in the extent to which training programs are aligned with the needs of young people and the transformations within society, as well as their ability to produce competent professionals capable of efficiently managing and animating youth programs.
Questions are also raised about the effectiveness of continuing education and the adaptability of curricula to social and technological changes.
Hence, there is a pressing need to assess the current state of youth sector executive training and to identify the means necessary for its development so that it can meet the requirements of sustainable development.
