Summary

Our study is interested in the fragile professional integration process of women in the labor market in the service sector in Algeria, where the problem of professional integration is one of the concerns that we would like to deepen in our study by addressing the issue of vulnerable professions and gender, the issue is therefore linked to decent and inappropriate work and its quality in Algeria. Focus on the category of active women / girls in vulnerable professional situations. Consequently, we ask ourselves: what are the paths for a fragile professional integration of female workers? And how does this group cope with selections in the labor market and its presence in vulnerable occupations?
